Small Group Program Schedule for Winter/Spring 2023

VIRTUAL PROGRAMS

January 16 — March 12

Foundations 1 & 2

Accountability group to work through the 8-week Healthy Foundations program together. Includes training plan, video lessons, private chat group, weekly group call, access to coach.

 

Level 1 is suitable for complete beginners and run/walkers; Level 2 is for those running for fitness and ready to try a variety of fun workouts to boost speed and stamina.

$197 members / $297 non-members

March 13 — May 21

Spring 10K and Half Marathon program

10 weeks of training to get you ready to run a 10K or half marathon in May! This program is timed for our retreat and race weekend (see below) but you can join us even if you're not attending the retreat. We can adjust your training plan for any race in May or early June.

Includes customized training plan, private accountability and chat group, weekly group call, and access to coach.

 $357 members / $457 non-members

(Optional add-on:  training log analysis and personalized workout feedback $150) 

May 1 — June 25

Spring 2023, dates TBC

Improve Your Speed (6-8 weeks)

This specialized program is for intermediate runners who have already taken some of our Level 2 or 10K/HM programs, or who are comfortable with at least a 10K distance. We'll be working on more challenging workouts, strengthening and plyometrics to help you improve your speed!

IN-PERSON PROGRAMS

April 3 — June 11

Weekly workout run club in Tualatin, Oregon (midweek AM)

For anyone already running at least 3 miles/5K comfortably. We'll do a different workout each week to keep your running routine fun and challenging! The perfect addition to easy running on your own, designed to help you improve your speed, strength and stamina. 

May 19 — 22

Annual retreat & race weekend in Sunriver, Oregon

Our inaugural retreat in 2022 was such a success that we're heading back to Central Oregon for another fun weekend with the team! More information and registrations coming soon!
