Healthy Foundations Small Group Program

January 16 — March 12

This course is built for healthy beginnings in running. Whether you're a brand new runner or getting back into running after a break and starting over, this is for you! You'll learn smart training habits from the start as you safely and gradually build your distance and your confidence.

The Healthy Foundations online program gives you 8 weeks of balanced, smart training in a virtual training group with other women runners. Together we'll start from scratch and encourage each other in a low pressure, positive environment. You'll have the reassurance and guidance of an expert running coach and the camaraderie of a training group to help you get through your first months of running.

You'll follow a structured, gradual training plan and learn fundamental running skills and techniques through simple and short video lessons. Topics include warm-ups and stretching, mindset skills, breathing and pacing, muscle aches, injury prevention and staying healthy as a runner.

What you get:

➢ Weekly 30-minute group call for coaching and accountability

➢ 8-week run/walk training plan

➢ Private chat group to stay connected and motivated

➢ Short video lessons, additional resources as needed

➢ Full access to your coach and our online community

$197 members / $297 non-members

Lorraine, California

“The group environment was so helpful. We cheered each other on and exchanged ideas. Some days I struggled to get out the door to run, and it was reassuring to know others had those days too."

Chrissy, Oregon

"This program gave me the structure and support I needed to get running again. I no longer feel old and out-of-shape but strong and capable."

Angela, California

“The thrill of crossing the finish line on my first 5k was wonderful! I would recommend Heini's program to anyone who wants to make running a part of their fitness regimen.”
