Why should I sign up?
You don’t need a certain level of running experience or a serious race goal to reap the benefits of having a running coach. A coach will help you find structure and balance in your training and keep you training smart. A coach is a trusted expert and guide you can reach out to when you have questions or need help.
Do I need a race goal to train with you?
In a word: no. Many of our clients are working toward long-term goals rather than a single race. We coach busy people with a wide range of goals: improving your health and fitness, or working on a key area of your running. You do not need a race goal to train with us.
What makes our style of coaching and our training plans different is that they're realistic for busy people with lives outside of running. We'll never ask you to run more than you can commit to, and we will help you adjust any plan to better fit your schedule.
