1:1 Coaching packages

Find the right coaching plan for you

 

My coaching packages are designed to help you find the right level of support for your goals, schedule and budget — so your training can be a perfect fit for your individual needs.

My packages include:

​

  • Full-support run coaching:  $220 per month / $2,280 for 12 months

  • Basic run coaching:  $95 per month

​

Also available (as add-on or standalone service):

​

  • Health coaching for runners:  from $75 per session, purchased in packs of 4, 8 or 12

 

You can add health coaching to any run coaching package, or you can work with me on health and wellness only.

STRIDE  |  Full-Support Run Coaching

$220 / month (min. 3 months) or $2,280 for 12 months

WHO IT'S FOR:

​

  • Runners with race or performance goals.

  • Busy runners who need structure, accountability and frequent adjustments to create a training routine that fits their full life.

  • Runners who need a sounding board and someone to do their planning, help them set goals, and challenge them in new ways to reach a new performance level.

  • Runners who are struggling to stick to their running plan without support and guidance.

12-month commitment: 

 

This is where the real fun starts! Committing to a year of coaching allows us to look past the immediate training cycle. You'll be able to work on incremental improvements, try a lot of different things, and see real progress through the course of a year. This option requires an upfront payment and commitment to get the discounted rate.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

​

  • Wellness & running audit and foundational meeting to talk about your goals, challenges, motivations, and priorities. 

  • Personalized training plan – Delivered online through Final Surge every 2 weeks and adjusted as needed, so you're always training with your body and your schedule in mind.

  • Unlimited communication by email and text for training questions, pep talks, and support.

  • Feedback on every run to help you build your confidence and know what's working.

  • Meeting every 4-6 weeks or as needed

  • Access to clients-only resources – Online library of self-care, mobility, technique, strength and nutrition content.

WHO IT'S FOR:

​

  • Runners who are self-motivated and able to stay on track and accountable to themselves.

  • Runners who are familiar with different types of runs (tempo, fartlek, hills, different pace ranges) and comfortable planning their training week.

  • ​Runners who want a custom-written training plan that matches their goals, experience or schedule, but who do not need full-support coaching.

If you ever need a little more, you don't have to figure it out on your own. Coaching calls are available as an optional add-on for $65 per session.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

​

  • Custom-built training plan – Delivered online through Final Surge every 4 weeks and written for your schedule, training goals, and preferences.

  • Monthly email check-in – An opportunity to modify goals or request schedule changes for the following month.

  • Ad hoc coaching support – Get your questions answered by email when something comes up.

  • Access to clients-only resources – Online library of self-care, mobility, technique, strength and nutrition content.

  • No workout analysis or feedback – This is a self-guided plan.​​

BASE  |  Basic Run Coaching

$95 / month (min. 3 months)

Health Coaching For Runners

Starting from $75 per session

WHO IT'S FOR:

​

  • Runners who need support with adjusting their training around IBS, SIBO, ADHD, chronic health issues, hormonal changes, or high levels of stress.

  • Runners who want a personalized action plan and ongoing accountability for better sleep, healthier nutrition, more effective stress management or greater life satisfaction.

  • Active women who want to craft life-changing wellness habits for stronger training and better health.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE:

​

  • Clarity session (90 mins) – A deep-dive session to help you find clarity and direction around your most pressing health and wellness concern. Some pre-work required; you'll walk away with a personalized action plan.

  • Packs of 4, 8 or 12 sessions (50 mins) – A series of weekly or biweekly sessions for ongoing accountability and support, helping you take gradual action steps for sustainable progress. Support through your online portal between sessions is included.

Clarity session:  $150
