Whether you want a flexible, well-balanced plan to keep you on track, high-touch coaching to help you reach your next big milestone, or simply a personalized training plan to follow on your own, you’ll find an option that meets you where you are.​

STRIDE | Standard Coaching

$150 /month

A balanced coaching plan designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life, giving you a coach’s guidance and steady support without pressure or overwhelm.

STRIDE is perfect if you’re training for a race distance you’re familiar with, looking to improve your endurance or speed, or need help creating a strong, sustainable running habit — without running taking over your life. Whether you’re a new or returning runner who needs coaching support in establishing a routine, or you run races regularly and would like to see better structure and steady progress, this plan will keep you moving forward.

STRIDE balances support, structure, and flexibility — helping you train smart, stay consistent, and see tangible improvements in your running.

What you get:

  • A coaching plan built around you – We start with an in-depth foundational meeting (45-60 mins) to talk about your running, goals, lifestyle, and commitments.

  • Personalized training plan delivered online through Final Surge, with unlimited adjustments.

  • Weekly training log feedback to keep you on track.

  • Email support whenever you need it.

  • Check-in call every 2 months to review progress and make strategic adjustments.

  • Access to clients-only resources – Online library of self-care, mobility, technique, strength and nutrition content.

An upgraded coaching plan for your big shiny race goals, to elevate your running performance, and to bust through plateaus or obstacles in training and races.

PERFORM is for you if you’re looking for serious performance improvements, you're targeting a goal race such as your first or fastest half marathon or marathon, or you’re someone who thrives on consistent feedback, encouragement, and guidance. When you’re ready to commit to and prioritize your next running goal, this is the plan that gives you the support to reach the starting line feeling confident and ready to run your best.

 

The main difference is the amount and frequency of communication. With PERFORM, you’ll benefit from unlimited support, more frequent check-ins, and having your coach keep a closer eye on your daily training and recovery needs — so your training is as dialed in as possible.

Includes everything in STRIDE, plus these upgrades:

  • Feedback on every run – Know exactly what’s working and where to adjust.

  • Unlimited text & email communication – Get answers when you need them.

  • Monthly strategy call – Review progress, adjust training, fine-tune race plans.

  • Additional check-ins as needed, including pre-race strategy and post-race debriefs.

PERFORM | Premium Coaching

$200 /month

BASE | Training Plan Only

$95 /8 weeks, $135 /12 weeks, $195 /16 weeks

For self-motivated runners who want a customized training plan without the commitment or cost of ongoing coaching. BASE gives you a structured plan, built just for you, with a monthly check-in to help you stay on track. 

 

BASE is for you if you prefer to train independently or if you’re on a budget, but you also understand that a training plan that matches your individual starting point, schedule, and experience level will take you much further than a standard plan. Training plans are most often written for a specific race goal, but you can also buy a maintenance plan or focus on improvements in a specific aspect of your running.

What you get:

  • Fully personalized training plan – Created based on your goals, experience, and lifestyle.

  • Email check-in every 4 weeks – Ask questions & request minor adjustments if needed.

  • Training plan delivered through a spreadsheet – Simple, flexible, and easy to follow.

  • No workout sharing or feedback – This is a self-guided plan.
