You, as a runner, are unique, and your goals are too. My coaching packages are designed to help you find the right level of support, structure, and accountability — so your training fits your life, your goals, and your needs.

 

Whether you want a flexible, well-balanced plan to keep you on track with your running, high-touch coaching that encompasses both running and overall health, or simply a personalized training plan to follow on your own, you’ll find an option that meets you where you are.​

Compare my standard, premium, and plan-only packages below, and reach out with your questions! These plans can be adjusted further if you need a different level of support.

STRIDE | Standard Run Coaching

$175 / month (minimum 3 months)

A balanced coaching plan designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life, giving you a coach’s guidance and steady support without pressure or overwhelm.

STRIDE is a perfect combination of accountability and flexibility: you'll get frequent feedback and reassurance without running taking over your life. This level of guidance will help you feel confident training for a race, improve your endurance or speed, or create a strong, sustainable running habit that fits your life. Whether you need coaching support in establishing a routine, or you would like to see better training structure and steady progress in your race times, this plan will keep you moving forward.

STRIDE balances support, structure, and adjustability — helping you train smart, stay consistent, and see tangible improvements in your running!

What you get:

​

  • A coaching plan built around you – we start with an in-depth foundational meeting to talk about your running, goals, lifestyle, and commitments.

  • Personalized training plan delivered online through Final Surge every 1-2 weeks, with unlimited adjustments.

  • Feedback on every run to help you feel confident – so you always know what's working and how to adjust.

  • Unlimited email support whenever you need it.

  • Phone or video calls at the start of every new training phase (typically every 6-8 weeks) to review progress and make strategic adjustments.

  • Access to clients-only resources – online library of self-care, mobility, technique, strength and nutrition content.

An upgraded coaching plan to combine your training goals with guidance for whole-person health and wellness!

THRIVE is for you if you're looking for more than just run coaching – it gives you accountability and support with your health goals too. You can choose to work on recovery routines, nutrition, stress management, or finding a better balance between training, work, and family life. This added layer of support can also help you adapt your running around gut health issues like IBS or SIBO, navigate training with ADHD, or set realistic running goals while coming back from injury or managing a chronic health condition.

THRIVE helps you commit to making sustainable changes in all areas of your life – because you're more than just a runner.

Includes everything in STRIDE, plus these upgrades:

​

  • Coaching calls every 2 weeks – you choose the focus! We will typically spend many of our meetings working on your health and wellness goals, tracking your progress, and diving deep into your motivations and daily habits. We'll also spend time reviewing your training and checking on your running goals whenever needed.

  • Health resources and ongoing support – use of wellness tools and assessments, and any additional education as appropriate.

THRIVE | Premium Run + Health Coaching

$275 /month (minimum 3 months)

BASE | Training Plan Only

$95 /8 weeks, $135 /12 weeks, $195 /16 weeks

For self-motivated runners who want a customized training plan without the commitment or cost of ongoing coaching. BASE gives you a structured plan, built just for you, with a monthly check-in to help you stay on track. 

 

BASE is for you if you prefer to train independently or if you’re on a budget, but you also understand that a training plan that matches your individual starting point, schedule, and experience level will take you much further than a standard plan. Training plans are most often written for a specific race goal, but you can also buy a maintenance plan or focus on improvements in a specific aspect of your running.

What you get:

  • Fully personalized training plan – Created based on your goals, experience, and lifestyle.

  • Email check-in every 4 weeks – Ask questions and request minor adjustments if needed.

  • Training plan delivered through a spreadsheet – Simple, flexible, and easy to follow.

  • No workout sharing or feedback – This is a self-guided plan.
