You, as a runner, are unique, and your goals are too. My coaching packages are designed to help you find the right level of support for your goals, schedule and budget — so your training fits your life and your needs.

My packages include:

​

  • Full-support run coaching:  $195 per month

  • Custom training plan with email check-ins:  $75 per month

  • Health coaching for runners — coming soon!

STRIDE  |  Full Run Coaching

$195 / month (minimum 3 months)

WHO IT'S FOR:

​

  • Runners with a race or performance goal.

  • Runners who are struggling to stick to their running habit on their own.

  • Beginner runners, or those coming back to running, looking for education, encouragement and reassurance.

  • Busy runners who need structure, accountability and frequent adjustments to create a training routine that fits their full life.

  • Runners who need a sounding board and someone to do their planning, help them set goals, and challenge them in new ways.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

​

  • Foundational meeting to talk about your goals, commitments, motivations, and priorities. 

  • Personalized training plan – Delivered online through Final Surge every 2 weeks, adjusted as needed.

  • Unlimited communication by email and text.

  • Feedback on every run to help you build your confidence and know what's working.

  • Meeting every 4-6 weeks, as needed – Either a call or in person (for clients in the Portland, OR metro area).

  • Access to clients-only resources – Online library of self-care, mobility, technique, strength and nutrition content.

WHO IT'S FOR:

​

  • Runners who are ready for a lifestyle overhaul that encompasses their training, health goals, and holistic wellbeing.

  • Runners who need support with adjusting their training around IBS, SIBO, ADHD, chronic health issues, hormonal changes, or high levels of stress.

  • Runners who want a personalized action plan and ongoing accountability for better sleep, healthier nutrition, more effective stress management or greater life satisfaction.

  • Those wishing to craft life-changing wellness habits for stronger running and better health.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE:

​

  • Three-month program – For runners and active women who don't need full-support run coaching, or who want to focus on a health coaching program with a simple training plan only.

  • Packs of 4, 8 or 12 sessions – For existing running clients who wish to add a focused block of health and wellness support or occasional sessions to complement their training.

THRIVE  |  Health Coaching for Runners

BASE  |  Basic Run Coaching

$75 / month (minimum 2 months)

WHO IT'S FOR:

​

  • Runners who are self-motivated and able to stay on track and accountable to themselves.

  • Runners on a budget.

  • Runners who are familiar with different types of runs (tempo, fartlek, hills, different pace ranges) and know how to plan their training week.

  • ​Runners who are struggling to find a standard training plan that matches their goals, experience or schedule.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

​

  • Custom training plan – Delivered online through Final Surge every 4 weeks.

  • Monthly email check-in – An opportunity to modify goals or request adjustments for the following month.

  • Ad hoc coaching support – Get your questions answered by email when something comes up.

  • No workout analysis or feedback – This is a self-guided plan.
