You, as a runner, are unique, and your goals are too. My coaching packages are designed to help you find the right level of support for your goals, schedule and budget — so your training fits your life and your needs.

You can add health coaching to any run coaching package, or you can work with me on health and wellness only.
STRIDE | Full-Support Run Coaching
$195 / month (minimum 3 months)

Beginner runners, or those coming back to running, looking for education, encouragement and reassurance.

Busy runners who need structure, accountability and frequent adjustments to create a training routine that fits their full life.

Runners who need a sounding board and someone to do their planning, help them set goals, and challenge them in new ways.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Foundational meeting to talk about your goals, commitments, motivations, and priorities.

Personalized training plan – Delivered online through Final Surge every 2 weeks, adjusted as needed.

Unlimited communication by email and text.

Feedback on every run to help you build your confidence and know what's working.

Meeting every 4-6 weeks, as needed – Either a call or in person (for clients in the Portland, OR metro area).

Access to clients-only resources – Online library of self-care, mobility, technique, strength and nutrition content.

Runners on a budget.

Runners who are familiar with different types of runs (tempo, fartlek, hills, different pace ranges) and know how to plan their training week.

Monthly email check-in – An opportunity to modify goals or request adjustments for the following month.

No workout analysis or feedback – This is a self-guided plan.

Clarity session (90 mins) – A deep-dive session to help you find clarity and direction around your most pressing health and wellness concern. Some pre-work required; you'll walk away with a personalized action plan.

Packs of 4, 8 or 12 sessions (60 mins) – A series of weekly or biweekly sessions for ongoing accountability and support, helping you take gradual action steps for sustainable progress.
